date & time
we're here to make your weekdays brighter in the portland metro area. from monday to friday, our flower deliveries will take place between 10am and 8pm. you can expect your order to arrive the next business day. while we can't promise specific delivery times, we'll do our best to make it convenient for you.
same-day delivery
looking for a little floral magic on the same day? while we can't promise same-day delivery every time, we'll certainly do our best to make it happen, dependent on order volume and availability. get in touch with us before noon at hello@stilledenfloral.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
drop off
for house deliveries, we'll give a friendly knock or ring the doorbell. if there's no answer, we'll do our best to find a safe, shady spot near the door and will send a quick text or email to let the lucky recipient know their flowers are waiting outside. for condo or apartment building deliveries, we'll either leave the flowers with the front desk or at the front door, depending on the building's rules.
while we will take every precaution to keep your flowers safe, we can't be held responsible for any mishaps due to weather, theft, or other factors beyond our control. we typically never recommend flowers be left outside - but sometimes it happens!
here are some best practices:
- if you're gifting the blooms, let the recipient know that a gift is coming that requires in-person delivery so they can prep in advance if someone needs to be home.
- write us a note at hello@stilledenfloral.com. include your order number and let us know when the recipient will be home. we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, but we'll certainly try to get the flowers to their destination safely.

we're committed to getting your flowers to you promptly, but we'll need your help too! please make sure to provide us with accurate information. any hiccups caused by incorrect addresses or phone numbers provided by the ordering party aren't our responsibility, so let's work together to make sure everything goes smoothly.
